THE CULTURE.

‘The Culture’ is the University of Miami’s first and only show highlighting the black community. After completing the first semester since the show was born, EPs and founders, Kristion Matas and Rachel Smith, reflect on the moment the idea sparked, the process to get there, and the aspirations for their future.

The 15-minute show has segments that cover culture, politics, entertainment and sports with a diverse cast.

THE WETLAB, 360.

The University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science is located right on the Biscayne Bay in Key Biscayne, FL. After a long day in the library or a wicked bike ride over the bridge, the Wetlab SALT Waterfront Restaurant is the perfect place to unwind with views of the bay, beach accessibility, front row seats for the sunset, and most importantly, booze and food.

THE PALACE.

Because every queen needs a palace.

The Palace, located in South Beach, is a staple of Miami for many reasons… The drag shows, the judgement free zone, the atmosphere… The list goes on. The Palace has drag shows every night, but they are known for their brunches on Saturdays and Sundays that attract tourists to dine, drink, and dance with the queens. These shows pull post beach-goers across Ocean Drive to line up and watch the show. Check out what all the hype’s about.

MARDI GRAS.
